                                        SENATE BILL 16, as amended

    1. On page 2, line 3, after the period, insert:

    "A taxpayer shall not be eligible for a credit provided in this section if the qualified state graduate upon which the credit is predicated is replacing or performing the job or functional equivalent of a previous qualified state graduate that is no longer employed by the taxpayer.".

    2. On page 7, line 23, after the period, insert:

    "A taxpayer shall not be eligible for a credit provided in this section if the qualified state graduate upon which the credit is predicated is replacing or performing the job or functional equivalent of a previous qualified state graduate that is no longer employed by the taxpayer.".
