AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES IN SPRINGER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to contract for provision of economic development services and to implement the master plan for the community of Springer. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
