HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 290, as amended

    1. On page 1, line 24, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof ", sufficient net receipts attributable to the tax and associated penalties and interest shall be distributed to the state road fund at the end of each month so that the aggregate total of the distributions to the state road fund during that time period equals twelve million dollars ($12,000,000)."".

    2. On pages 1 and 2, strike Subsections A and B in their entirety.
