AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR A PROPOSED MASTER PLAN OF LAND IN BERNALILLO COUNTY WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE AND EAST OF THE RIO PUERCO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for the planning department of the university of New Mexico to prepare a proposed master plan for all of the land in Bernalillo county west of the Rio Grande and east of the Rio Puerco. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
