HOUSE BILL 245

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 20, after "received", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21 in its entirety and strike line 22 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and is under review by the taxation and revenue department prior to the time of the business merger or acquisition or other change in business organization".

    2. On page 4 line 1, strike “period”, and insert in lieu thereof “periods”.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
