AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB PROGRAMMING IN NORTHERN NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of northern New Mexico college for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to provide del norte boys and girls club programs for northern New Mexico youth. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
