AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF AN INDIAN CENTER IN GALLUP.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to conduct a feasibility study on planning, designing and constructing an Indian center in Gallup. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
