has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 15, strike "and".

      2. On page 2, line 19, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and

          H. members considered for appointment to the commission shall not have changed party affiliation one year prior to being appointed to the commission.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
