HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 116, as amended

    1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendments 4 and 8. 

    2. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. As used in this section, "ancillary services" means services that are supplied from or in connection with facilities employing voltage source conversion technology and that are used to support or enhance the efficient and reliable operation of the electric system."".

    3. On page 3, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. As used in this section, "ancillary services" means services that are supplied from or in connection with facilities employing voltage source conversion technology and that are used to support or enhance the efficient and reliable operation of the electric system."".
