HOUSE BILL 111

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 16, line 4, strike “shall”, and insert in lieu

thereof “may”.

2. On page 16, line 17, strike "and".

     3. On page 17, line 2, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and

                (5) the amount of the pension to be forfeited by the member shall not exceed five times the cost to the state as a result of the public corruption offense.".

     4. On page 18, line 1, strike “order”, and insert in lieu thereof “proceedings”.

     5. On page 18, line 25, and on page 19, line 1, strike “crimes committed” and insert in lieu thereof “pensions earned”.
