DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 13, strike "Thananopractice" and insert in lieu thereof "Funeral Services".

     2. On page 5, line 16, after "without", insert "a direct disposer performing or arranging".

     3. On page 16, line 14, after “institution”, insert “whose funeral program is”.

     4. On page 17, line 20, after “institution”, insert “whose funeral program is”.

     5. On page 23, line 6, strike “licensee in charge”, and insert in lieu thereof, “funeral service practitioner”.

     6. On page 23, line 16, strike “tracing” and insert in lieu thereof, “tracking”.
