     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2017".

     2. On page 9, line 18, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".

     3. On page 9, line 19, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2017".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
