    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 16

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "MAY BE HELD WITH OTHER ELECTIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "SHALL BE HELD AT DIFFERENT TIMES FROM PARTISAN ELECTIONS".

    2. On page 2, lines 1 through 3, remove the brackets and line-through.

    3. On page 2, line 2, strike "other" and insert in lieu thereof "partisan".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
