HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 22

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 1, after the period, insert "The exemption provided in this section is in addition to any other property tax exemption that the taxpayer or the taxpayer's spouse qualifies to receive.".

     2. On page 2, line 3, after the period, insert "Only one exemption pursuant to this section may be claimed by a taxpayer and the taxpayer's spouse.".
