has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "NEW MEXICO SENTENCING COMMISSION" and insert in lieu thereof "THE APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE INTERIM COMMITTEE".

    2. On page 5, line 17, strike "New Mexico sentencing commission" and insert in lieu thereof "appropriate legislative interim committee".

    3. On page 7, line 11, strike "sentencing commission" and insert in lieu thereof "legislative council".
