SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 9

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, strike lines 10 through 15 and insert in lieu thereof:

     "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the legislative council service, the legislative finance committee and the department of finance and administration be requested to develop and distribute a questionnaire that surveys all state, county, local and tribal governmental entities to provide an inventory of capital project progress and assess which projects have been completed and which remain unfinished and in need of further funding to complete; and".
