    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "SECTIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "A SECTION".

    2. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "TO INCLUDE ALL REASONABLE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT IN THE REASONABLE COST THRESHOLD AND".

    3. On page 1, line 14, strike "OF TWO PERCENT".

    4. On pages 1 through 3, strike all of Section 1 and renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    5. On page 5, line 15, strike the comma and the remainder of the line and strike line 16 through the comma.
