SENATE BILL 523, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, strike "TO MUNICIPALITY AND COUNTY ASSESSOR".

     2. On page 1, line 25, after "notified", insert "by certified mail, return receipt requested,".

     3. On page 1, line 25, after "thirty", insert "calendar".

     4. On page 2, line 2, after the period, insert "The notice shall include the amount, the purpose and the time period of the proposed industrial revenue bonds.".
