    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 523

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 25, strike "the municipality" and insert in lieu thereof "entities authorized to levy taxes".

    2. On page 2, line 3, strike "the municipality" and insert in lieu thereof "entities authorized to levy taxes".

    3. On page 2, line 6, strike "the municipality or" and after "assessor", insert "or entities authorized to levy taxes".

    4. On page 2, line 8, strike "the municipality" and insert in lieu thereof "entities authorized to levy taxes" and on lines 9 and 10, strike "by either government".

    5. On page 2, line 14, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "assessor", insert "and any entity levying taxes on property in the county".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
