AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR YOUTH ACTIVITY SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY OF TOHATCHI.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2012 to provide after-school and weekend activity programming for youth in Tohatchi in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2012 shall revert to the general fund.
