AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PROGRAM SERVICES FOR THE DEAF AND THE DEAF AND BLIND.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the commission for deaf and hard-of-hearing persons for expenditure in fiscal year 2012 to provide support services for a program in Albuquerque that provides services for the deaf and the deaf and blind. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2012 shall revert to the general fund.
