    1. On page 1, line 22, strike "January 1, 2012" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2013".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "implement" and insert in lieu thereof "consider implementing".

    3. On page 2, lines 19 and 20, strike "By November 1, 2011, the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative" and insert in lieu thereof "As the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative deems necessary, it".

    4. On page 3, line 3, strike "January 1, 2012" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2013".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
