    1. On page 20, line 11, remove the brackets and line through "two hundred seventy days".

    2. On page 20, line 12, strike "July 1 of the year".

    3. On page 20, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and line through and strike the underscored material in its entirety.

    4. On page 28, line 13, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".
