has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 20, strike "or to an organ tissue procurement agency".

    2. On page 16, line 16, strike "2013" and insert in lieu thereof "2017".

    3. On page 17, line 17, after "room", insert ", unless part of a multi-unit enterprise,".

    4. On page 17, line 24, strike "seventy-five" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-five".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
