has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, before line 1, insert "The fund is to be used for expenses associated with the delivery of training, auditing and certification, as well as expenses associated with administering the program and supporting participating New Mexico businesses in obtaining and maintaining international organization for standardization certification.".
