    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 415

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22, after "actual", insert "net".

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike "resource acquisitions" and insert in lieu thereof "resources".

    3. On page 1, line 25, after "revenues", insert ", including revenues received from fuel and purchased power cost adjustment clauses,".

    4. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "fuel and purchased power cost adjustment clauses,".

    5. On page 2, line 3, after the period, insert "The two percent limit imposed by this subsection shall be increased to two and one-half percent beginning January 1, 2013 and to three percent beginning January 1, 2015.".

    6. On page 2, lines 4 through 8, strike Subsection B in its entirety and reletter the succeeding subsection.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
