has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 23, after "records", strike "is exempt from public inspection" and insert in lieu thereof "may be redacted by a public body before inspection or copying of a record".

    2. On page 5, line 25, strike "the remaining parts of".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
