SENATE BILL 357

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9, line 16, after the comma, insert "the court shall assess a DNA fee of one hundred dollars ($100) in addition to any other fee, restitution or fine.".

    2. On page 9, line 19, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "The" and on line 20, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "a".
