    1. Strike all senate rules committee amendments.

    2. On page 2, line 1, after the semicolon, insert "or".

    3. On page 2, strike line 2 in its entirety and insert the following paragraph:

             "(4) requests to be placed on the list.".

    4. On page 2, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety.
