    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 337

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, between lines 20 and 21, insert new paragraph:

         "H. As a prerequisite to consolidation, the county commission must find that consolidation will make voting more convenient and accessible to voters of the consolidated precinct and does not result in delays for voters in the voting process and the consolidated precinct voting location will be centrally located within the consolidated precinct."
