SENATE BILL 336

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "AMENDING SECTIONS OF" and insert in lieu thereof "ADDING LICENSED NURSE AND NURSE-MIDWIFE TO THE DEFINITION OF "LICENSED PRACTITIONER" IN".

    2. On page 1, line 12, strike "TO EXEMPT" and insert in lieu thereof a period. 

    3. On page 1, strike lines 13 through 18 in their entirety.

    4. On page 2, strike lines 18 through 23 in their entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 4, line 3, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma, and after "osteopathy", insert ", nursing or nurse-midwifery".

    7. On page 4, lines 3 and 4, strike "and a certified registered nurse anesthetist".

    8. On page 6, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and strike pages 7 through 9 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
