SENATE BILL 323, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, strike lines 5, 6, 7 and 8 in their entirety.

    2. On page 3, line 9, strike “requirements of this section.”, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

          “D. A health care provider or facility that consistently fails to comply with the provisions of this section shall be subject to the appropriate licensing or disciplinary action.”
