AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES TRAINING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the crisis response program 722 of the department of military affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2012 for civil air patrol emergency services training. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2012 shall revert to the general fund.
