has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 18, strike "PENALTIES" and insert in lieu thereof "PENALTY".

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike the subsection designation "A.".

    3. On pages 1 and 2, strike Subsection B in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a closing quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
