    3. On page 3, line 1, strike "58-1-53" and insert in lieu thereof "58-11-18".

    4. On page 3, line 18, strike "58-1-53" and insert in lieu thereof "58-11-18".

    5. On page 3, line 23 through page 5, line 12, strike Section 2 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding section.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
