    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 267

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 14, strike "campus" and insert in lieu thereof "non-moving".

     2. On page 5, line 15, before the period, insert "but in no event shall campus security personnel be given arrest powers".

     3. On page 6, line 3, after "H.", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety, and insert in lieu thereof "When a traffic citation is issued by a campus security officer, the officer shall be".
