    2. On page 1, lines 22 and 23, remove brackets and line-through and on line 22, after "state", insert a comma.

    3. On page 4, lines 15 and 16, strike Section 3 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
