SENATE BILL 246

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, lines 4 through 7, strike the underscored material and insert in lieu thereof "; provided that the time limitations set forth in the Uniform Licensing Act shall not apply to the processing of administrative complaints filed with the board, which shall be governed by federal statute, regulation or policy".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
