SENATE BILL 233, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendment Number 1.

    2. On page 1, line 12, strike "PLANT PHOTOSYNTHESIS" and insert in lieu thereof "A PRODUCT EXTRACTED FROM OR SECRETED BY A SINGLE CELL PHOTOSYNTHETIC ORGANISM".

    3. On page 2, line 1, after "or", insert ", beginning in taxable year 2011 and ending in taxable year 2019,".

    4. On page 2, line 2, strike "directly" and insert in lieu thereof "extracted from or".
