    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 221

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 10, lines 12 and 13, strike ", including establishing funding mechanisms" insert in lieu thereof a period and "The steering committee shall work with the participating governing body of a municipality, county or Indian nation, tribe or pueblo to assist in determining and recommending appropriate financing and economic development tools that the governing body may wish to pursue".

    2. On page 10, line 15, strike ", including" and insert in lieu thereof "that may include".
