SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 218, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

     2. On page 20, line 15, strike "the following amounts are" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000) is".

     3. On page 20, line 16, after "department", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 17 through the dollar amount.

     4. On page 20, line 18, after "statewide", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 19 through 21 up to the period.

     5. On page 22, line 25, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     6. On page 23, line 4, after "county", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 5 through 14 up to the period.

     7. On page 24, line 2, strike "the following amounts are" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000) is".

     8. On page 24, line 3, after "administration", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 4 and strike line 5 through the dollar amount.

     9. On page 24, line 6, after "statewide", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 7 through 16 up to the period.

     10. On page 27, line 17, strike "the following amounts are" and insert in lieu thereof "one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) is".

     11. On page 27, line 18, after "affairs", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 19 and strike line 20 through the dollar amount.

     12. On page 27, line 21, after "county", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 22 through 25 up to the period.

     13. On page 28, lines 4 and 5, strike "four million dollars ($4,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000)".

     14. On page 30, line 25 and page 31, line 1, strike "thirty-two million four hundred eighty-four thousand dollars ($32,484,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-one million nine hundred eighty-four thousand dollars ($61,984,000)".

     15. On page 31, line 2, after "fund", insert "to be expended equally among the six highway districts".
