    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 180

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "; AMENDING", strike lines 14 and 15 in their entirety and strike line 16 up to the period.

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "or through" and insert in lieu thereof "subsequent to".

    3. On page 2, strike lines 21 through 25 in their entirety, strike all of pages 3 through 6, and on page 7, strike lines 1 through 21 in their entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
