SENATE BILL 167

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike "equally between" and insert in lieu thereof "so that" and after "department", insert "receives a distribution of up to fifty percent".

    2. On page 1, line 20, after "department", insert "receives a distribution of at least fifty percent".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
