    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 155, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 11, strike "prior to July 1, 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "or with a permit application pending".

     2. On page 6, line 13, after "2011", insert "or within sixty days after receiving the final order approving the permit, whichever is later,".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
