has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 15, after the comma, insert "provided that instruction occurs simultaneously,".

    2. On page 3, line 15, strike "used to serve students breakfast under" and insert in lieu thereof "when breakfast is served or consumed pursuant to".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
