has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "AND CHARTER SCHOOL".

    2. On page 1, line 23, after "that", insert "a state-chartered charter school subject to oversight by the public education department or".

    3. On page 2, line 1, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored words.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
