has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "MADE" and insert in lieu thereof "ARE USED, CREATED, RECEIVED OR MAINTAINED".

    2. On page 2, line 23, strike "made" and insert in lieu thereof "used, created, received, maintained or held by or on behalf of the public body".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
