    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 118

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 23, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "Prior to the end of the second quarter of each fiscal".

    2. On page 3, line 25, after "department", strike the remainder of the line and on page 4, line 1, strike the line up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof ", calculated at the same proportion as the school district and charter school state equalization guarantee allocation for the school year program cost".

    3. On page 4, line 8, after "program", strike the remainder of the line and on line 9, strike "support" and insert in lieu thereof "enhancement".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
