SENATE BILL 115

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 3, line 13, after "1978", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 14 through 19 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "for the purpose of establishing rates of motor vehicle insurance charged by the insurer or for the purposes of canceling or refusing to renew a policy of insurance unless the person was exceeding the posted speed limit by more than five miles per hour."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
