SENATE BILL 112, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, line 5, after the period, insert "Licensees exempt from the continuing education requirements of this section on December 31, 2011 shall, as a condition of license renewal, successfully complete every three years the mandatory eight-hour continuing education course required by the commission by rule.".
